Based in our International Marketing and Sales Department, you will be responsible for taking an active part in bringing games to market and planning sales promotion on all our products as well as associated content (DLC) through our console channels and official resellers: Under the supervision of the Head of Digital, you will support the bringing to market and lifecycle management of Deep Silver content with various internal contacts (Product Management, Art, Community Management, Online Marketing,  local offices) as well as external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and report to the Head of Digital for digital distribution activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee a portfolio of Deep Silver games titles with key digital distribution accounts
  • Maintain and develop key account relationships in person, by email and over the telephone
  • Manage the implementation of agreed marketing and promotional plan with your accounts to meet revenue expectations
  • Assist in the gathering and preparation of the necessary marketing materials with other Deep Silver departments ahead of digital releases (Community Management, Art, Product Management)
  • Inform internal stakeholders (Deep Silver territories, Brand Management, Territories, Community Management, Online Marketing)  of digital activities
  • Maintain an accessible and up to date overview per digital partners of promotional activities, release schedule and royalty reports status
  • Prepare detailed digital sales reports for the Conduct price checks, market research and marketing reports on a regular basis
  • Identify, implement and execute new business opportunities

Requirements

This position is open for candidates experienced in account management, online marketing and/or digital sales & analysis

Primary skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Media Studies or similar education
  • 1 year experience of working in the video game or another entertainment industry
  • Passion for video games and online technologies
  • Confident and clear communicator, excellent at building relationships with internal and external partners
  • Commercial awareness and profit driven
  • Confident and clear B2B communicator
  • Solid understanding of digital distribution platforms and the gaming retail sector from a consumer standpoint
  • Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Beneficial further experience:

  • Native English speaker
  • Experience with working with clients and/or key company accounts
  • Proven track record at forming and implementing digital promotional activities
  • Experience of c-level communication
  • Strong statistical/mathematical abilities
